Do you need a Lawyer or Solicitor to sign the Will?

The simple answer is NO.
You can use a professional to witness the document, but of course that is likely to encur additional expense. Which if you are using this site is probably the last thing you want.
You just need a couple of adults who do not stand to gain from the Will.
